1. Times. Reservation Dates are as agreed on the Booking Agreement. You are requested to vacate before 11.00 on the day of departure
and the property is not generally available for occupation before 15.00 on the day of arrival for cleaning and maintenance purposes.
2. Weekly Reservation - Booking Deposit. Cleaning charge is inclusive
1. Weekly Reservations within 30 days of arrival - A Non-refundable Booking Deposit of £200.00 is required to confirm booking with the full balance paid at least 14 days before arrival.
2. Weekly Reservations within 14 days of arrival - Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm reservation.
3. Weekly Reservation within 60 days of arrival - A Non-refundable Booking Deposit of £100.00 is required to confirm booking with the full balance paid at least 21 days before arrival.
4. Weekly Reservations within 90 days of arrival - A Non-refundable Booking Deposit of £50.00 is required to confirm booking with the full balance paid at least 21 days before arrival.
Note! A payment reminder will be sent to you approximately 10 days before the balance is required to be paid.
Non-payment will automatically cancel your holiday.
2A. Daily Reservation - Booking Deposit. Minimum of 2 days. Note!
All day rate bookings attract a 80€ cleaning charge.
1. Day Rate Reservations within 30 days of arrival - A Non-refundable Booking Deposit of £80.00 is required to confirm booking with the full balance paid 14 days before arrival.
2. Day Rate Reservations within 14 days of arrival - Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm reservation.
3. Day Rate Reservation within 60 days of arrival - A Non-refundable Booking Deposit of £60.00 is required to confirm booking with the full balance paid 21 days before arrival.
4. Day Rate Reservations within 90 days of arrival - A Non-refundable Booking Deposit of £40.00 is required to confirm booking with the full balance paid 21 days before arrival.
Note! A payment reminder will be sent to you approximately 10 days before the balance is required to be paid.
Non-payment will automatically cancel your holiday.
3. Refundable Damage Deposit.
Option 1 - A Refundable Damage Deposit of £350.00 (Payable with Booking Balance) is required with each booking to cover damage.
This will be returned to you approx. 7 - 14 days after your stay following a satisfactory inspection of the property.
Guests are required to report any defects to the owner at the earliest opportunity upon arrival, so that the problem can be quickly rectified or allowances made.
Option 2 - A Refundable Damage Deposit of €400.00 (Payable in cash on Arrival at the Property) plus a non-refundable service charge of 30€.
This will be returned to you at the time of your departure following a satisfactory inspection of the property.
Guests are required to report any defects to the owner at the earliest opportunity upon arrival, so that the problem can be quickly rectified or allowances made.
Note! We do not normally deduct for 'normal wear and tear' or for small breakages of minimal financial value.
However we do expect guests to notify us as soon as possible, so we can replace the item or arrange for repairs to be carried out ready for our next guests.
We do reserve the right to pursue larger damage claims not covered by the Damage Deposit. So we recommend that you have adequate insurance cover.
4. Refunds.
A refund of monies (less Booking Deposit) paid can be made based on the following:
i.) upto 30 days before arrival Full Refund;
ii.) upto 21 days before arrival 75% Refund;
iii.) upto 14 days before arrival 25% Refund;
iv.) less than 7 days before arrival No Refund;
This is to cover the owner from last minute cancellations and inconvenience. You are therefore advised to take out travel/holiday insurance, to cover
you for cancellations beyond your control e.g. illness, flight cancellations etc.
COVID-19 Pandemic Restrictions. We accept that the holiday might be cancelled due to imposed restrictions.
If this is the case please contact us and we will try to accomodate a full refund less Booking Deposit.
5. Guests.
All guests to the Holiday Home are regarded as personal friends of the owners. As such you are requested to treat the house, our property and our neighbours with respect.
If this does not meet your expectations please refrain from booking.
6. Smoking & Pets.
Please note! SMOKING or VAPING
is not allowed in the house and we are sorry but we do not allow pets.
7. Final Word.
The owner retains the right of access and eviction at all times, if it is felt that the property is being abused or the terms of these conditions are not being met. Conditions subject to change at owner's discretion on notification.
Please note! The person booking the Vacation Villa MUST be over 25 and is legally responsible for all the guests in the group.
