In this role, I also acted as the CDM Client, on all projects within my portfolio, in addition to managing and supporting the CDM design function of these complex projects.
All work was carried out under Option C of the NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC), which was authored and managed by the responsible Project Manager assigned to the specific project, who acted as an approving officer within the constraints of the budget.
